The Paix Sur Terre Experience
Our tasting room is nestled amongst the oaks on Paso Robles’ famed Vineyard Drive. It overlooks wide open plains on one side and our Cabernet vineyard on the other. Play a round of bocce ball or sink into the chairs on the patio. Unwind, share our handcrafted wine, and let our staff offer a memorable experience.

Caviar and Wine Pairing
Sit on our lovely patio and enjoy a bottle of your choice (Ugni Blanc, Vermentino, or Rosé) paired with one or two 30-gram tins of Sterling Caviar, creme fraiche, and chips. This experience is currently available Friday through Sunday during the month of April.
